It has been a few weeks since my last post. I have been taking some time since the “Action Packed Give-a-Way” to look at ways of creating more involvement in this blog from the readers. I have also been looking into several features to possibly add in the next six months to a year.

OK, So the final day has expired for this bundle give-a-way. But, how about a new catch at the end? I want to first of all thank you so much to the folks who have already entered this contest and for your comments. Secondly, I want to extend the contest until Friday. Recently Adobe’s little application building platform Air made the jump from testing project to a full fledged platform. Shortly after, I decided to try it out. I already knew of a program or two running on the Air platform, namely the Kuler widget, also by Adobe.

These days productivity and “getting things done” is all the buzz. There are sites upon sites dedicated to discussing, dissecting, teaching, and innovating new and old ways to become more productive. The social media revolution that has taken place in the past few years has changed the way we use the internet, interact with others, and do our jobs from day to day. Websites such as Myspace and Facebook, to name two of the giants, are allowing us to connect with people all across the world in ways we almost never imagined. It’s natural to assume that this new medium for interaction would flow over into all manner of business. One such business being the industry of the creative professional.
